Witness for the Penetration针对的是全人类与生俱来的性格偏向性。由于中西方文化的巨大差异，如果在中国使用，还是需要融合的。不然会被人认为是一个虚伪不诚恳的人。另外，感觉在销售领域，这部剧更合适。不过，这部剧给人很大的启发，很多生活中的做法有了理论依据。

伍尔夫的语言功底和想象力太惊人了，她的文字总是充溢着极具生命力的修辞华彩，意识流的自由联想和时空转换给人以无限遐想又能跃然纸上，潜藏着某种玉石般剔透有力的深情和火焰般炽烈的热爱，并凝练成一种隽永的、深刻的美，拍成电影就是一大段一大段的蒙太奇。而在剧集中插入个别短小的集数，不仅是结构上的巧妙构思，更让整部作品充满呼吸的韵律和灵魂。 拉姆齐夫人无疑是可敬的，尽管社会的规训让她无法摆脱对丈夫的依赖，但她在婚姻中努力保持自我，不失体面，这种魅力也给予了莉丽在十年后再次提起画笔的灵感，一切过往萦回缭绕，细枝末节历历在目，在历经生死离别后，曾经错过的灯塔之行，也成为了拉姆齐先生幡然醒悟的救赎。而那座让人魂牵梦萦的灯塔，或许就是所有人都惧怕却又向往的境界，是没有男权压迫的希望之地。

探讨生命的意义，第一章先否定精神外的所有生命意义，第二章再否定自杀行为。期间有一些内容值得思考，例如对虚无主义的否定，积极或消极自由意志的探讨。对编剧的遭遇表示同情，但这部剧真的不行。

眼睛是心灵窥探世界的镜子，眼中的世界就是心灵的反馈。你对它凶，它也以同样的态度对你凶，你对它柔，它便也柔美起来。有时候也许是对面先凶，那也没关系，你只管柔，退，终究会有人磨平它的棱角，实在退无可退还可以借力打力。对面的刀便伤不到你。人活一世不过几十年，放过自己人生坦然。
